摘要
为了完成角钢产品的开发,从角钢全流程生产工艺中分析角钢开裂产生的机理。开裂的原因是由于铸坯存在内部裂纹和皮下气泡等,这些缺陷大部分不能在轧制过程中消除,由此遗传至轧钢工序造成角钢出现开裂。通过调整连铸工艺,铸坯中的内部裂纹和皮下气泡等缺陷基本消除,同时优化角钢轧制工艺,增加消除坯料表面轻微缺陷的能力,角钢顶角及腿端开裂缺陷基本消失,成功推进了角钢产品的开发进程。
In order to complete the development of angle steel products, the mechanism of angle steel cracking is analyzed from the whole production process of angle steel. The reason for the cracking is that there are internal cracks and subcutaneous bubbles in the billet, most of which cannot be eliminated in the rolling process, which is inherited to the steel rolling process, resulting in the cracking of angle steel. By adjusting the continuous casting process, the defects such as internal cracks and subcutaneous bubbles in the billet were basically eliminated. At the same time, the angle steel rolling process was optimized to increase the ability to eliminate slight defects on the surface of the billet. The cracking defects at the top angle and leg end of the angle steel basically disappeared, and the development process of angle steel products was successfully promoted.
