摘要 以某细长轴典型加工工艺为例,为了保证细长轴加工质量,以企业现有条件与实际生产状况为依据,对工艺系统进行优化分析,根据细长轴工件在正向切削、反向切削中的变形受力中的情况,建立切削作用下工件弯曲变形的解析模型,并配合合理刀具几何参数与切削用量,从而优化加工工艺提升细长轴刚性,保证加工实践取得满意效果。 Taking a typical machining process of a slender shaft as an example, in order to ensure the machining quality of the slender shaft, based on the existing conditions and actual production conditions of the enterprise, the process system is optimized and analyzed.According to the deformation and force of the slender shaft workpiece in forward cutting and reverse cutting, the analytical model of workpiece bending deformation under cutting is established, combined with reasonable tool geometric parameters and cutting parameters, so as to optimize the processing technology, improve the rigidity of slender shaft and ensure the satisfactory effect of processing practice.
