摘要
针对目前机柜用于管理线缆的部件无法根据使用场景进行调整扩展的问题,对可柔性扩展的线缆管理部件的设计进行详细阐述,同时对钣金支撑件、塑胶件、橡胶件等零件的成型工艺进行分析。分析表明,可柔性扩展的线缆管理部件可实现不同类型线缆管理单元的归一化处理。
Aiming at the problem that the components used to manage cables in the current cabinet cannot be adjusted and expanded according to the use scene, the design of flexible and expandable cable management components is described in detail, and the forming process of sheet metal support, plastic parts, rubber parts and other parts is analyzed. The analysis shows that the flexible expandable cable management unit can realize the normalization of different types of cable management units.
