摘要
不锈冷轧带钢的平整,是不锈冷轧带钢生产的重要环节,平整可以消除屈服平台,并在一定程度改善板型,一直以来平整辊的辊型曲线主要使用sin正弦曲线。随着不锈钢种类发展、规格的拓宽,sin正弦曲线平整辊对薄、宽料板型的改善能力有限的弊端就体现出来。本文主要针对薄、宽料的板型改善问题,提出复合型辊系设计思路及使用方法,复合型辊系已应用于实际生产过程中并且已取得了非常好的效果。
The flattening of stainless cold-rolled strip is an important part of the production of stainless cold-rolled strip. The flattening can eliminate the yield platform and improve the plate shape to a certain extent. The sinusoidal curve of the roll shape curve of the flattening roll has always been used. With the development of stainless steel types and the widening of specifications, the shortcomings of the sin sinusoidal smoothing roll’s limited ability to improve the thin and wide material shape are reflected. This paper mainly focuses on the improvement of thin and wide materials, and puts forward the design idea and use method of the composite roller system. The composite roller system has been applied in the actual production process and has achieved very good results.
