摘要 为解决坚硬顶板对巷道围岩变形影响大的问题,以马兰矿18509工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟软件对切顶卸压充填体的应力及应变进行研究,通过对比切顶前后充填体应力值,验证了切顶卸压的可行性,同时对不同切顶角度、不同切顶卸压高度下围岩的应力及应变进行分析,得出最佳切顶角度为30°,最佳切顶卸压高度为10 m,保证了矿井的安全采掘。 In order to solve the problem that the hard roof has a great influence on the deformation of roadway surrounding rock, taking the18509 working face of Malan mine as the engineering background, the numerical simulation software is used to study the stress and strain of roof cutting and pressure relief filling body. By comparing the stress values of filling body before and after roof cutting, the feasibility of roof cutting and pressure relief is verified. At the same time, the stress and strain of surrounding rock under different roof cutting angles and different roof cutting and pressure relief heights are analyzed. The optimal cutting angle is 30 °, and the optimal cutting pressure relief height is 10 m, which ensures the safe mining of the mine.
