厚煤层综放面区段煤柱合理宽度研究

摘要 为降低22212综放工作面区段煤柱留设宽度不合理造成的资源浪费,通过理论分析,并结合数值模拟软件对不同煤柱宽度下煤柱垂直应力分布及煤柱内部塑性区分布进行研究。结果表明,随着煤柱宽度的增大,煤柱内部垂直应力峰值及塑性区的面积均大幅度改善,当煤柱宽度为15 m时,此时煤柱垂直应力峰值及塑性区的面积均在许可范围内,此时的煤柱留设宽度较为合理,为厚煤层综放面合理煤柱宽度的留设提供一定的参考与借鉴。 In order to reduce the waste of resources caused by the unreasonable reserved width of coal pillar in 22212 fully mechanized top coal caving face, the vertical stress distribution of coal pillar and the distribution of plastic zone in coal pillar under different coal pillar width are studied through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation software. The results show that with the increase of the width of the coal pillar, the vertical stress peak and the area of the plastic zone in the coal pillar are greatly improved. When the width of the coal pillar is 15 m, the vertical stress peak and the area of the plastic zone are within the allowable range. At this time, the reserved width of the coal pillar is more reasonable, which provides a certain reference for the reasonable width of the coal pillar in the fully mechanized top coal caving face of thick coal seam.
