摘要
我国西部地区的煤层分布多以大倾角厚煤层的形式赋存,其开采难度较大,应对其放煤工艺参数进行合理的选择。采用离散元分析的方式,对不同工艺参数下顶煤的冒落形态进行模拟,对采出率及含矸率进行对比分析。模拟分析结果表明,在放煤步距0.6 m、采高2 m时顶煤的采出率最高为94.5%,此时的含矸率为3%,满足煤矿的开采需求,此为工作面最合理的放煤工艺参数。
The coal seams in Western China are mostly distributed in the form of large dip thick coal seams, which is difficult to mine.Therefore, the coal caving process parameters should be reasonably selected. The caving form of top coal under different process parameters is simulated by discrete element analysis, and the recovery rate and gangue content are compared and analyzed. The simulation analysis results show that when the caving step is 0.6 m and the mining height is 2 m, the highest extraction rate of top coal is 94.5%, and the gangue content is 3%, which meets the mining demand of coal mine. This is the most reasonable caving process parameter of working face.
