Establishment of A-class Iron and Steel Enterprises Based on the Improvement of Green Performance

基于太钢特殊的地理环境和严格的城市发展需求,结合环保形势和太钢实际,创新工作机制,对超低排放改造超前策划,实施规划引领,走出一条都市型钢厂与现代化城市融合发展的新路子。通过压实主体责任、强化项目过程管理,确保超低排放改造目标按期实现;围绕有组织、无组织、清洁运输等环节,建立全方位的绿色绩效发展体系;并自主创新建设了超低排放智能管控平台。经国家级权威机构评估,太钢成为全国钢铁行业首批全流程超低排放A级绩效企业。

Based on TISCO’s special geographical environment and strict urban development needs, combined with the environmental protection situation and TISCO’s reality, the company innovated the working mechanism, planned in advance the ultra-low emission transformation, implemented the planning guidance, and walked out of a new path of integrated development of urban steel mills and modern cities. To ensure that the goal of ultra-low emission transformation can be achieved on schedule by compacting the main responsibility and strengthening the project process management, this paper establishes an all-round green performance development system around organized, unorganized, clean transportation and other links, and independently innovated and built an ultra-low emission intelligent management and control platform. According to the evaluation of the national authority, TISCO has become one of the first class a performance enterprises with ultra-low emissions in the whole process in the national iron and steel industry.
