改造低压电容补偿的过程研究及效益分析

摘要 对邯钢焦化厂7个变电所共14套低压电容补偿系统进行统计分析,发现存在过补偿、过电流而导致设备损坏的情况,造成补偿功率因数低、线损增加、电能浪费等问题。针对以上情况,提出了具体改造低压电容补偿的措施,提高了电能利用率。 Through the statistical analysis of 14 sets of low-voltage capacitor compensation systems in 7 substations of Hangang coking plant, it is found that there are equipment damage caused by over compensation and over-current, resulting in low compensation power factor, increased line loss, waste of electric energy and so on. In view of the above situation, the specific measures to transform the low-voltage capacitor compensation are put forward to improve the utilization rate of electric energy.
