摘要
鉴于高炉炼铁工艺具有生产效率高、能量消耗低、工艺流程简单等特点,其在钢铁生产领域一直占据主导地位,但随着社会各领域对生铁需求量的逐年递增,原有炉料运行系统已难以满足炼铁生产需求,且炉料加工精度低,造成大量资源及能源浪费。针对此问题,对高炉炼铁过程中的炉料结构开展了智能优化研究,利用数学模型构建思路,对炉料结构智能优化系统的实现方式进行详细阐述,最后验证了优化后炉料系统的实际应用效果,取得了明显成效。
In view of the characteristics of blast furnace ironmaking process, such as high production efficiency, low energy consumption and simple process flow, it has always occupied a dominant position in the field of iron and steel production. However, with the increasing demand for pig iron in various fields of society year by year, the original charge operation system has been difficult to meet the demand of ironmaking production, and the charge processing accuracy is low, resulting in a large waste of resources and energy. In view of this problem, the intelligent optimization research on the charge structure of blast furnace ironmaking process is carried out, and the implementation mode of the intelligent optimization system of charge structure is described by using the idea of mathematical model construction in detail. Finally, the practical application effect of the optimized charge system is verified and remarkable results are achieved.
