为提升成品收集能力,使之于轧线提产后能力相匹配,决定对精品棒材生产线现有收集系统进行改造,包括链带加固更新改造,新增国产打包机及辊道配套改造,增设分钢机计数器改造等。项目完成后,链条断裂、电机烧毁等故率大幅减少,满足了连续重载快节奏的生产要求,实现了自动计数功能。实现了5台打包机同时一次性打单道或双道功能,提高了打包质量和效率,满足了产线产能提升要求,为宣钢产能调整、提升市场竞争力和创效水平创造了有利条件。

In order to improve the collection capacity of finished products and make it match the capacity after the rolling line is raised, it is decided to transform the existing collection system of high-quality bar production line, including chain belt reinforcement and upgrading, new domestic packer and roller table supporting transformation, and additional steel separator counter transformation. After the completion of the project, the failure rate of chain fracture and motor burning is greatly reduced, which meets the requirements of continuous heavy load and fast-paced production and realizes the automatic counting function. It has realized the single or double pass function of five packers at the same time, improved the packaging quality and efficiency, met the requirements of production line capacity improvement, and created favorable conditions for capacity adjustment, market competitiveness and efficiency level of Xuansteel.
