摘要
对影响新泰钢铁公司4号高炉低硅冶炼的各种因素进行理论分析,结合实际生产进行操作参数控制,在富氧率不足1%的条件下,将煤比稳定在150 kg/t以上,燃料比控制在500 kg/t左右,达到了低硅冶炼的目的,实现了较好的经济技术指标。
Various factors affecting the low silicon smelting of No. 4 blast furnace of Xintai Iron and Steel Company are theoretically analyzed, and the operating parameters are controlled in combination with the actual production. Under the condition that the oxygen enrichment rate is less than 1%, the coal ratio is stabilized at more than 150 kg/t and the fuel ratio is controlled at about 500 kg/t, which achieves the purpose of low silicon smelting and achieves better economic and technical indicators.
