通过设计使用整体式炉下斜护板能够有效收集转炉冶炼过程中崩落的钢渣至渣盘内,同时安装转轴后,能够满足转炉设备检修更换炉底等操作要求,同时整体式斜护板变形量较小,且不易挂渣,大大延长了斜护板的使用寿命。
