摘要
主要介绍了通过本次《高绩效团队建设与管理》及《执行力三个维度五个步骤》课程的培训学习,使作者感受到了团队建设及管理的艺术。通过理论知识学习,结合自身实际工作浅谈团队建设,主要从明确团队目标、界定成员职责、制定游戏规则、坚持奖罚分明、重视过程沟通、强调阶段管理、绩效总结等方面阐述作业区团队建设及管理。
This paper mainly introduces the training and learning of the courses High Performance Team Construction and Management and Three Dimensions and Five Steps of Execution, which makes the author feel the art of team construction and management. Through theoretical knowledge learning and combined with their own actual work, this paper discusses team construction and management in the operation area, mainly from the aspects of clarifying team objectives, defining members’ responsibilities, formulating game rules, adhering to clear rewards and penalties, paying attention to process communication, emphasizing stage management, performance summary and so on.
