冷轧退火炉烟气余热发电技术的探讨

摘要 冷轧退火炉在使用过程中会产生大量富含高能热量的烟气,这些烟气能够带走部分炉内能量,造成有效能量的损失,不利于钢铁生产节能、环保目标的实现,需要积极探索冷轧退火炉烟气余热的利用。鉴于此,结合某国有大中型钢铁生产与加工企业中的冷轧退火炉分布情况,研究了如何利用烟气余热进行发电,提出的措施具有一定的实际可操作性。 Cold rolling annealing furnace will produce a large amount of flue gas rich in high-energy heat in the process of use. These flue gases can take away part of the energy in the furnace and cause the loss of effective energy, which is not conducive to the realization of energy conservation and environmental protection goals in iron and steel production. It is necessary to actively explore the utilization of waste heat of cold rolling annealing furnace flue gas. Combined with the distribution of cold rolling annealing furnaces in a large and medium-sized state-owned iron and steel production and processing enterprise, this paper studies how to use the waste heat of flue gas to generate electricity. The proposed measures have certain practical operability.
