巷道掘进过地质构造带的注浆加固技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对河南某矿30906回风巷掘进过地质构造带时,巷道围岩易出现变形、顶板易发生冒落等问题,基于回风巷的地质及工程概况,为该巷道设计了注浆加固方案,提出应用注浆锚索来加固顶板岩层、采用锚索来补强巷帮煤体,并通过喷浆来减轻空气、水等对围岩的腐蚀弱化作用。实际应用表明,综合采取相关措施后,该回风巷在过地质构造过程中,巷道顶板未出现严重冒落问题,巷道围岩也未发生严重变形,巷道顶底板的最大收敛量小于140 mm,巷帮最大收敛量小于37 mm,取得了较好的控制效果。 In view of the problems that the surrounding rock of 30906 return air roadway in a mine in Henan is easy to deform and the roof is easy to fall when driving through the geological structure belt, based on the geological and engineering overview of the return air roadway,a grouting reinforcement scheme is designed for the roadway. It is proposed to use grouting anchor cable to strengthen the roof slate layer,use anchor cable to strengthen the roadway wall coal, and reduce the corrosion weakening effect of air and water on the surrounding rock by spraying slurry. The practical application shows that after comprehensively taking relevant measures, in the process of passing through the geological structure, the roadway roof has no serious caving problem, and the roadway surrounding rock has no serious deformation. The maximum convergence of the roadway roof and floor is less than 140 mm, and the maximum convergence of the roadway side is less than 37 mm, which has achieved good control effect.
