坚硬顶板综采工作面水力压裂控顶技术研究

摘要 以11302综采工作面坚硬顶板处理为研究对象,提出采用水力压裂方式对岩层进行处理,并依据现场实际条件对水力压裂技术方案进行设计。现场应用后,采空区顶板可及时垮落,采面回采巷道超前支护段围岩变形量得以有效控制,回采巷道频繁修整问题得以解决,为采面煤炭高效回采创造了良好条件。 Taking the hard roof treatment of 11302 fully mechanized mining face as the research object, the hydraulic fracturing method is proposed to treat the rock stratum, and the hydraulic fracturing technology scheme is designed according to the actual field conditions. After field application, the roof of the goaf can collapse in time, the surrounding rock deformation of the advance support section of the mining roadway in the mining face can be effectively controlled, and the problem of frequent trimming of the mining roadway can be solved, which creates good conditions for efficient coal mining in the mining face.
