对于7 m捣固焦炉分体车的各车现场安装工艺方案进行编制和改进。太重通过认真研究各车的装配图纸,合理分析安装顺序和检验关键点,制定一个有效的安装工艺对生产指导,使设备更好地服务于生产。保证太重产品的整体质量,有助于产品竞争力的提升。
The on-site installation process scheme of 7 m tamping coke oven split car is compiled and improved. By carefully studying the assembly drawings of each vehicle, reasonably analyzing the installation sequence and key inspection points, and formulating an effective installation process to guide the production, the equipment can better serve the production so as to ensure the overall quality of heavy products and improve the competitiveness of products.
