摘要 基于王家岭煤矿18105工作面回采期间,受邻近采空区以及断层构造影响,导致回风顺槽距工作面20 m范围内两帮煤柱垮落、顶板下沉以及底板鼓起等现象,严重制约着工作面安全高效回采,王家岭煤矿合理分析了工作面超前应力区破碎机理,并提出了“施工卸压钻孔+梯形梁棚+组合锚索”联合围岩控制技术,通过实际应用效果来看,采取联合控制技术后,有效控制了两帮煤柱垮落现象,两帮收敛量由原来的0.51 m降低为0.24 m,顶板下沉量由原来的0.44 m降低为0.18 m,底鼓量由原来的0.57 m降低为0.21m,取得了显著应用成效。 Based on the fact that during the mining of 18105 working face in Wangjialing coal mine, due to the influence of adjacent goaf and fault structure, two sides of coal pillars collapse, roof subsidence and floor bulging within 20 m from the working face along the return air slot, which seriously restricts the safe and efficient mining of the working face, Wangjialing coal mine reasonably analyzes the crushing mechanism of the leading stress area of the working face. The combined surrounding rock control technology of "construction pressure relief drilling + trapezoidal beam shed + combined anchor cable" is put forward. According to the practical application effect, the collapse of two sides of coal pillars is effectively controlled after adopting the combined control technology. The convergence of two sides is reduced from0.51 m to 0.24 m, the subsidence of roof is reduced from 0.44 m to 0.18 m, and the bottom heave is reduced from 0.57 m to 0.21 m, which has achieved remarkable application results.
