健脾消脂方治疗2型糖尿病合并血脂异常60例疗效观察

Curative effect of Jianpi Xiaozhi Formula on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with dyslipidemia:60 cases

目的观察健脾消脂方治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并血脂异常患者的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月至2021年8月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院老年病中心-内分泌科T2DM合并血脂异常住院患者60例,按照随机数表法分为他汀组30例和健脾消脂方组(以下简称JPXZF组)30例。在基础治疗同时,他汀组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,JPXZF组在他汀组基础上加服健脾消脂方治疗,疗程均为12周。观察2组治疗前后血糖指标[糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1)c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)]、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]及中医证候评分变化,比较2组疗效。结果他汀组及JPXZF组治疗后HbA_(1)c、FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且JPXZF组治疗后均低于他汀组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前相比,2组治疗后血清TG、TC、LDL-C水平均下降(P<0.05),HDL-C升高(P<0.05),治疗后2组TG、TC、HDL-C水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),JPXZF组LDL-C水平低于他汀组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候各项评分低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),且JPXZF组治疗后均低于他汀组(P<0.05)。JPXZF组总有效率93.33%(28/30),他汀组总有效率76.67%(23/30),JPXZF组疗效优于他汀组(P<0.05)。结论健脾消脂方治疗2型糖尿病合并血脂异常疗效确切,其作用机制可能与改善糖脂代谢反应有关。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Xiaozhi Formula in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with dyslipidemia.Methods From January to August 2021,eligible 60 inpatients with T2DM complicated with dyslipidemia admitted to Department of Endocrinology,Geriatrics Center,The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of CM were enrolled,and they were randomly divided into statin group and Jianpi Xiaozhi Formula(JPXZF)group,30 cases in each.In addition of the routine treatment,the statin group was given atorvastatin,and the JPXZF group was additionally given Jianpi Xiaozhi Formula on the basis of the statin group.A 12-week treatment(a couse)was conducted,aiming to assess blood glucose indexes(glycated hemoglobin[HbA_(1)c],Fasting plasma glucose[FPG],fasting insulin[FINS],insulin resistance[HOMA-IR]),blood lipid indexes(total cholesterol[TC],triglyceride[TG],low density lipoprotein[LDL-C],high density lipoprotein[HDL-C]),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and curative effect.Results After treatment,the levels of HbA_(1)c,FPG,FINS and HOMA-IR in both groups were decreased than before treatment(P<0.05),and which in JPXZF group were lower than statin group(P<0.05).Serum TG,TC and LDL-C levels in both groups were decreased,while HDL-C was increased(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in the levels of TG,TC and HDL-C between groups(P>0.05);and the level of LDL-C was lower in JPXZF group than statin group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in both groups after treatment were decreased(P<0.05),and those in JPXZF group were more common(P<0.05).The overall effective rate was 93.33%(28/30)in JPXZF group,better than that of 76.67%(23/30)in statin group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with T2DM complicated with dyslipidemia,Jianpi Xiaozhi Formula has a significant effect,its possible mechanism is related to the improvement of glucose and lipid metabolism.
