血速升颗粒联合促红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血的疗效观察

Clinical effect of Xuesusheng Granule combined with erythropoietin for patients with renal anemia

目的观察血速升颗粒联合促红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年6月河北医科大学第二医院肾内科肾性贫血门诊患者92例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各46例。对照组在常规治疗基础上,采用重组人促红细胞生成素(EPO)治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合应用血速升颗粒治疗,2组均治疗4周。观察2组治疗前后血常规[红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比容(HCT)]、血清铁相关指标[血清铁蛋白(SF)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TS)、血清铁(SI)含量]变化、贫血相关症状改善情况及不良反应发生情况,统计临床疗效。结果治疗组临床总有效率95.65%(44/46),对照组临床总有效率89.13%(41/46),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后RBC、Hb、HCT及SI、SF、TS较本组治疗前均明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均明显高于对照组。2组治疗后贫血相关症状评分较本组治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血速升颗粒联合促红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血疗效确切,可有效改善贫血状态、体内铁代谢及贫血相关临床症状,安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuesusheng Granule combined with erythropoietin(EPO)for patients with renal anemia(RA).Methods A total of 92 RA patients admitted to Renal Anemia Clinic,Department of Nephrology,The Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into the control group(n=46)and the treatment group(n=46);apart from conventional therapy,the control group received recombinant human erythropoietin(rHuEPO),and the treatment group received Xuesusheng Granule based on the control group.Treated for 4 weeks,the key observation was blood routine(red blood cell count[RBC],hemoglobin[Hb],hematocrit[HCT]),serum iron indices(serum ferritin[SF],transferrin saturation[TS],serum iron[SI]),anemia symptoms,adverse reaction between groups before and after treatment.Results The overall effective rate was higher in the treatment group(95.65%[44/46])compared with the control group(89.13%[41/46]),(P<0.05).After treatment,RBC,Hb,HCT,SI,SF,TS in groups were signficantly increased(P<0.05),the treatment group was more prevalent(P<0.05);The anemia symptoms scores in groups were sigficantly decreased(P<0.05),which were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For RA patients,Xuesusheng Granule combined with EPO has a definite curative effect,which is effectively capable of improving anemia state,iron metabolism in the body and anemia symptoms,and with high safety.
