摘要
成本低廉、操作简便、快速高效,是回弹法评定混凝土强度的几大特点,是无损检测领域评定混凝土强度的基本方法之一,回弹法得到了广泛的应用。回弹法推定混凝土强度,主要依靠混凝土表面回弹值与强度值的换算关系来确定,很多地区没有地方测强曲线和专用测强曲线,加之全国统一测强曲线在不同地区的适用性差异不同,检测结果的准确性往往略有偏差。文中主要研究回弹法评定抽水蓄能电站混凝土强度的影响因素,为同类工程检测提供参考。
Springback method is one of the basic methods for evaluating concrete strength in the field of nondestructive testing.It has been widely used for its low cost,simple operation and high efficiency.Rebound method to deduce the strength of concrete,mainly rely on the concrete surface rebound value and strength value conversion relationship to determine,many areas have no local strength curve and special strength curve,coupled with the national unified strength curve in different areas of the applicability of different differences,the accuracy of the test results are often slightly biased.This paper mainly studies the influence factors of springback method to evaluate concrete strength of pumped storage power station,which provides reference for similar engineering testing.
