可投捞式缆控智能分注工艺及装置分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着油田数字化、智能化的发展,以缆控智能分注工艺为代表的智能分注技术势必规模化应用。但在前期的现场试验中,流量调节阀出现卡阻的现象,导致无法调节井下分层注入量,只能起出管柱重新作业。通过优化缆控智能配水器主体结构,设计了可投捞调节阀和测控线路,研制了流量调节阀可投捞式智能配水器;通过室内试验和现场试验验证了可投捞式缆控智能分注工艺的可行性。室内投、捞试验各50次,投、捞成功率100%,实现了流量调节阀通过下入投捞仪可整体捞出,修理或更换后重新投入智能配水器内使用。现场试验5口井,投、捞后井下各智能配水器运行正常。可投捞式缆控智能分注工艺提高了智能分注井井下分层注水管柱整体工艺的灵活性和可靠性,降低了缆控智能分注井的运行维护成本,为缆控智能分注技术的推广应用提供技术支持。 With the development of digital and intelligent oilfields,the large-scale application of intelligent separate injection technology represented by cable-controlled intelligent separate injection technology is an inevitable trend.In the previous field tests,the flow control valve was blocked,resulting in the inability to adjust the downhole stratified injection volume,and the pipe string could only be pulled out and started operation again.By optimizing the main structure of the cable-controlled intelligent water distributor,the salvageable regulating valve and measurement and control circuit were designed,and the salvageable intelligent water distributor with flow regulating valve was developed.The feasibility of a bailable cable-controlled intelligent separate injection process was verified by indoor and field experiments.Indoor throwing and fishing tests were carried out 50 times respectively,and the success rate of throwing and fishing was 100%.The flow regulating valve can be fished out as a whole by dropping in the throwing and fishing instrument,and then put into the intelligent water distributor again after repair or replacement.The field test was conducted for one well,and the process success rate was 100%.After being put into operation and bailed out,all intelligent water distributors underground operated normally.The salvageable cable-controlled intelligent separate injection technology improves the flexibility and reliability of the overall process of underground layered water injection string of intelligent separate injection well,reduces the operation and maintenance cost of cable-controlled intelligent separate injection well,and provides technical support for the popularization and application of cable-controlled intelligent separate injection technology.
