1,2-二氟代碳酸乙烯酯的合成

摘要 在乙腈作溶剂的情况下,采用三氟化铋和1,2-二氯代碳酸乙烯酯反应生成1,2-二氟代碳酸乙烯酯。并探讨了反应温度、三氟化铋、催化剂和溶剂等因素对反应的影响。结果表明:在温度10℃条件下,n(DCEC)∶n(BiF_(3))=1.0∶0.73,m(十六烷基溴化铵)∶m(DCEC)=0.1%,m(DCEC)∶m(CH_(3)CN)=1.0∶3.0时,4,5-二氯代碳酸乙烯酯的转化率可达到99.52%。 In the case of acetonitrile as solvent,using bismuth(Ⅲ)fluoride to react with di-chloro ethylene carbonate to produce di-fluoro ethylene carbonate.And the reaction temperature,bismuth trifluoride,catalyst,solvent and other factors on the reaction are discussed.The results show that the temperature is 10℃,and the conditiong of n(DCEC)∶n(BiF_(3))=1.0∶0.73,m(cetyl ammonium bromide)∶m(DCEC)=0.1%,m(DCEC)∶m(CH_(3)CN)=1.0∶3.0,the conversion of di-chloro ethylene carbonate can reach 99.52%。
