一种通气多用型雾化装置设计与应用

摘要 机械通气是ICU患者不可替代的治疗方法。ICU机械通气患者使用雾化治疗的概率高达99%[1],先后经历机械通气、气管插管或气管切开带管脱机吸氧及拔除气管导管后吸氧三个通气阶段,需要不同类型的雾化装置才能很好地连接患者,既增加了患者经济负担,也造成医疗资源浪费。
