白酒生产企业勾调车间布局设计的应用分析

Design of the Layout of Blending Workshop in Baijiu Factory

结合白酒厂项目设计经验和现场学习经历,介绍了白酒生产厂家勾调车间的工艺流程及相关计算。鉴于白酒勾调车间的火灾危险性类别为甲类,对勾调车间涉及的危险因素进行分析,并从土建、工艺、排水、消防、通风、电气等角度,着重阐述了工厂设计过程中应注意的防火安全问题。

Based on the project design experience and on-site learning experience of Baijiu factories,this paper introduces the technological process and related calculation of the blending workshop in Baijiu factory.As the fire hazard classification of Baijiu blending workshop is class A,this paper analyzes the risk factors of the blending workshop.The fire prevention problems that should be noted in the factory design are expounded from the aspects of civil engineering,technology,drainage,fire fighting,ventilation,and electricity.
