芝麻香型白酒含硫化合物GC-MS检测方法的研究

Detection of Sulfur Compounds in Zhimaxiang Baijiu by GC-MS

建立一种测定芝麻香型白酒中含硫化合物含量的方法。酒样直接进样经气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS),进行分析,内标法定量。利用GC-MS直接进样法检测到芝麻香型白酒中8种含硫化合物,并建立了8种含硫化合物的标准曲线,标准曲线R2均大于0.999,检出限在2~6μg/L之间,回收率为84%~113%,相对标准偏差即精密度在0.87%~5.58%。结果表明,该方法没有前处理过程,直接加内标进样,操作简单,灵敏度高,成本较低,适用于芝麻香型白酒或者其他香型白酒含硫化合物的检测,为白酒中含硫化物的研究奠定基础。

In this study we established a method for the determination of sulfur compounds in Zhimaxiang Baijiu.The samples were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and quantified by the internal standard method.Eight sulfur compounds were detected in Zhimaxiang Baijiu,and the standard curves of the eight sulfur compounds were established.The R2 of the standard curves were all greater than 0.999.The detection limit of the method was 2μg/L to 6μg/L,the recoveries were between 84%and 113%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was between 0.87%and 5.58%.The method is simple,sensitive and lowcost,and can be used for the determination of sulfur compounds in Baijiu.
