摘要
电池内阻测试仪是蓄电池检验工作的重要仪器,被广泛应用于企业中,针对电池内阻测试仪的交流电阻功能进行校准分析和测量不确定度评定,并利用EXCEL函数公式进行线性化表示,为电池内阻测试仪的日常校准工作提供了参考依据。
Battery internal resistance tester is an important instrument for battery inspection,which is widely used in enterprises.In this paper,the AC resistance function of battery internal resistance tester is calibrated and analyzed,and the measurement un-certainty is evaluated,and the linear expression is made by using EXCEL function formula,which provides reference for daily calibration of battery internal resistance tester.
