摘要
脑肿瘤是一组从病理类型、生物学行为、治疗方法到预后均具有异质性的疾病,其中以胶质瘤和转移瘤最为突出。在临床工作中,获取病理诊断至关重要,而活检作为应用最广泛的方法之一,具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,配合现有的导航设备,可以实现特定部位的精准活检,但由于人为因素、肿瘤异质性、标本量不足等影响,即使是超高精度的立体定向活检有时也不能获得满意的病理信息。目前关于肿瘤代谢的成像技术较多,已经有大量研究利用代谢相关影像技术选择活检靶点,现就相关研究进行文献综述。
Brain tumor is a group of diseases with heterogeneity in pathological type,biological behavior,treatment,and prognosis,among which glioma and metastasis are particularly prominent.Pathological diagnosis is crucial in clinical practice.As one of the most widely used methods,biopsy has the advantages of less trauma and quick recovery.With the existing navigation equipment,an accurate biopsy of specific parts can be achieved.However,ultra-high-precision stereotactic biopsy sometimes fails to obtain satisfactory pathological information due to human factors,tumor heterogeneity,sample insufficiency,and other influences.At present,there are many imaging techniques related to tumor metabolism,and there have been a lot of studies using metabolism-related imaging to select biopsy targets.A literature review of related studies is now conducted.
