SOX1抗体阳性副肿瘤性周围神经病变1例

One case of SOX1 antibody positive paraneoplastic peripheral neuropathy

报告广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院确诊SOX1抗体阳性副肿瘤性周围神经病变1例。患者为中年女性,56岁,亚急性起病,临床表现为周围神经病变为主。患者脑脊液副肿瘤抗体SOX1(+),血副肿瘤抗体SOX1(++)。肌电图提示多发性周围神经及神经根损伤,脱髓鞘改变为主。入院第3天予以甲强龙500 mg/d冲击。半年后随访四肢肌力正常,深浅感觉正常。腱反射(+)。通过对该案例的报告提示SOX1抗体阳性的副肿瘤性周围神经病也可以出现在消化道肿瘤中,并且通过激素治疗有改善。

A case of paraneoplastic peripheral neuropathy with Sox1 antibody positive was reported in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Guangxi Medical University.The patient was 56 years old with subacute onset and mainly peripheral neuropathy.Both cerebrospinal fluid and blood Paratumor antibody Sox1 were positive.EMG showed multiple peripheral nerve and nerve root injuries,mainly demyelinating changes.On the third day after admission,the patients were given a pulse methylprednisolone at 500 mg/d.After half a year follow-up,the muscle strength of the limbs was normal,and the depth and depth of sensation were normal.Tendon reflex(+).The present case report suggests that paraneoplastic peripheral neuropathy with Sox1 antibody positive can also occur in gastrointestinal tumors,and can be improved by hormone therapy.
