摘要
为克服无接触网城轨车辆电气系统传统运维模式的不足,降低故障维修成本,提出基于状态和风险评估的电气系统差异化运维策略。首先,通过组合赋权的方法将层次分析法和邻域粗糙集理论2种方法相结合,计算电气系统各设备评估指标的权重并计算设备健康度;其次,结合故障率和重要度,对电气系统各设备及子系统进行风险评估;最后,通过建立管控矩阵确定管控级别和运维次序,考虑运维的经济性和系统风险,制定无接触网城轨车辆电气系统的差异化运维策略。算例分析表明:相比于传统的定期运维和状态运维,差异化运维策略能针对状态和风险的改变制定运维策略,在满足运维要求的同时,运维成本分别降低了7.95和3.62万元,运行风险分别降低了21.54%和9.37%,实现各设备及子系统的精细化运维。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional operation and maintenance mode of the electrical system of urban rail vehicles without overhead contact line and minimalize the cost of fault maintenance,a differentiation operation and maintenance strategy for electrical system based on state and risk assessment is proposed.Firstly,by combining AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and the neighborhood rough set theory through a combination weighting method,the weights of various equipment evaluation indexes in the electrical system and their equipment health condition are calculated.Secondly,according to the fault rates and priority,the risk assessments for the individual equipment and sub-systems of the electrical system are carried out.Finally,the control level and the order of operation and maintenance are determined by establishing the control matrix;and the differentiation operation and maintenance strategy for the electrical system of urban rail vehicles without overhead contact line is formulated considering the economy and system risk of operation and maintenance.The example analysis shows that,compared with the traditional regular operation and state operation and maintenance,the differentiation method can formulate the operation and maintenance strategy according to the changes in state and risk.While meeting the requirements for operation and maintenance,the cost is reduced by 79,500 yuan and 36,200 yuan,respectively,and the operation risk is reduced by 21.54%and 9.37%,respectively,thus realizing the refined operation and maintenance of individual equipment and sub-systems.
