摘要 针对“多规合一”实用性村庄规划在行政村多而散、自然村更多更散的情况下,纸质调研不方便、数据整理分析难、成果图件和表格多、审核修改次数多的特点,结合现有技术规范要求,区别于传统的规划流程,基于GIS技术开发了一套内外业一体化的智能处理软件。该软件可实现先建数据库再自动输出图、表的功能,从而较快实现村庄规划。实际应用结果表明,该方式能优化规划流程,提高规划效率,便于多次审核后修改,且能够快速完成规划数据库的建设。 The practical village planning of multi-planning integration have some characteristics,such as inconvenient paper-map research,difficult data sorting and analysis,many achievement maps and forms,and many times of review and modification under the circumstances of many administrative villages and more scattered villages.For that reason,the paper combines the requirements of existing technical specifications,and develops a set of intelligent processing software based on GIS technology,which is different from the traditional planning process.The software can realize the functions of building database first and then automatically outputting maps and tables,so as to quickly realize the planning process.The practical application shows that this method can be used to optimize the planning proces,improve the planning efficiency,facilitate the modification after multiple audits,and can quickly complete the construction of planning database.
