2019年重庆市沙坪坝区恶性肿瘤发病与死亡分析

Morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors in Shapingba district of Chongqing municipality in 2019

目的分析2019年重庆市沙坪坝区居民恶性肿瘤发病及死亡情况,为该区肿瘤防治提供科学依据。方法收集沙坪坝区肿瘤登记报告资料,采用SPSS 19.0计算发病率、死亡率及标化率,并对结果进行分析。结果2019年沙坪坝区居民恶性肿瘤发病率为289.24/10万,标化率为201.43/10万。其中男性发病率高于女性(P<0.05)。发病率前5位肿瘤依次是肺癌、结直肠癌、甲状腺癌、肝癌及乳腺癌。恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为167.10/10万,标化率为110.13/10万,男性死亡率高于女性(P<0.05)。死亡率前5位肿瘤依次是肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、胃癌及胰腺癌。随着年龄的增大,肿瘤发病率及死亡率均呈上升趋势。结论该区恶性肿瘤发病及死亡情况处于中等水平,其中肺癌是对该区居民健康威胁最大的癌症,消化系统恶性肿瘤则是威胁该区居民生命健康的第二大类癌症,需开展针对性的健康教育宣传和早诊早治。

Objective To analyze the morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors among residents in Shapingba District of Chongqing municipality in 2019 to provide scientific evidence for cancer prevention and control in this region.Methods The data of tumor registration reports in the Shapingba district were collected.The morbidity,mortality,and standardization rate were calculated using SPSS 19.0,followed by analyses of the results.Results In 2019,the incidence rate of malignant tumors was 289.24 per 100000 and the standardized rate was 201.43 per 100000 in residents of the Shapingba district.Among them,the morbidity was higher in males than in females(P<0.05).The top five occurring tumors were lung cancer,colorectal cancer,thyroid cancer,liver cancer and breast cancer.The crude mortality rate of malignant tumors was 167.10 per 100000,the standardized rate was 110.13 per 100000,and the mortality rate in males was higher than that of females(P<0.05).The top five tumors causing death were lung cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer,gastric cancer and pancreatic cancer.With the increase of age,the morbidity and mortality of tumors are on the rise.Conclusion The morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors in this region are at a moderate level,of which lung cancer remains the most threatening cancer to the health of residents in this region,followed by malignant tumors of the digestive system.It is hence necessary to carry out targeted health education and publicity and early diagnosis and early treatment.
