摘要
围绕电磁吸力展开对小型断路器(MCB)螺管式电磁系统进行整体分析。从磁路分析着手,推导得到直流、交流螺管式电磁系统的吸力公式。利用交流电磁系统的吸力特性进一步分析和推导出电磁吸力的瞬时值、最大值和平均值;利用吸力公式分别对直流、交流MCB的电磁系统进行实际应用计算,为设计反力弹簧提供数据支撑。最后,定量分析直流、交流MCB通用性的问题,给出反力弹簧调整方法。
The overall analysis of the miniature circuit breaker(MCB)solenoid electromagnetic system is carried out based on the electromagnetic suction force.Starting from the analysis of the magnetic circuit,the suction formula of the DC solenoid electromagnetic system and the AC solenoid electromagnetic system are derived.The instantaneous value,maximum value and average value of the electromagnetic suction force are further analyzed and deduced by using the suction characteristics of the AC electromagnetic system.The electromagnetic system of DC and AC MCB is calculated in practice by using the suction formula,which provides the data support for the design of reaction springs.Finally,quantitatively analyzing the universality of DC and AC MCB,the adjustment method of the reaction force spring is given.
