摘要
近年来,随着城镇污水处理水平的提高,污泥作为污水处理的副产物产量大量激增。污泥的产生已经危害环境,困扰着人类的生产和生活,严重阻碍了城市的发展。因此,需要在充分了解我国污水处理厂污泥处理现状的基础上,重视污泥处理处置技术的发展。文章一方面介绍了传统的污泥处理处置技术,另一方面结合相关工程应用实例,阐述了一些优化的污泥处理处置技术,包括高温堆肥、高温热水解联合厌氧消化、污泥餐厨协同厌氧消化、低温真空脱水干化一体化技术,希望能为我国污泥处理处置技术发展提供微薄之力。总的来说,目前我国在污泥处理方面,需要泥水并重,加快补齐污泥处置设施短板,破解污泥处置难点,实现无害化、推进资源化。
In recent years,with the improvement of urban sewage treatment level,sludge as a by-product of sewage treatment has surged.The production of sludge harms the environment,disturbs the production and life of human beings,and seriously hinders the development of cities.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the development of sludge treatment and disposal technology on the basis of fully understanding the status quo of sludge treatment in wastewater treatment plants(WWTP)at home.On the one hand,this paper introduces the traditional sludge treatment and disposal technology,and on the other hand combines relevant engineering application examples,and expounds some optimized sludge treatment and disposal technologies,including high-temperature composting,anaerobic digestion combined with high—temperature thermal hydrolysis,synergistic anaerobic digestion of sludge with kitchen,low-temperature vacuum dehydration and drying.It provides a small force for the development of sludge treatment and disposal technology at home.In general,in terms of sludge treatment,it needs to pay equal attention to sludge and water,speed up the filling of shortcomings in sludge disposal facilities,solve the difficulties of sludge disposal,realize harmlessness,and promote resource utilization.
