Challenges and Countermeasures on Stable Operation of WWTPs in Megacity

文中总结了上海市部分提标改造后城镇污水处理厂的运行管理经验,从物质输入输出、外部管理要求与环境条件影响等方面,系统分析污水处理厂在进一步稳定运行面临的主要挑战,包括进水水量与水质波动、环境条件限制、污泥出路和监督考核全过程这4个方面。同时,针对这4个方面中的若干关键问题进行了详细探讨并提出对策建议,以供实际工作参考。

Experiences on operation and management of wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)in Shanghai City after upgrading and reconstruction are summarized.Some major challenges on stable operation of WWTPs are analyzed systematically from the perspective of substances input and output,external management requirements,and environmental influences.Major challenges include the large fluctuations in influent flow rate and characteristics,environmental constraints,sludge disposal,and the whole-process supervision and assessment of WWTPs.Some critical issues in four aspects are discussed in detail to make countermeasures and proposals,which provide the reference for practical work.
