摘要
以高氨氮、低碳氮比(C/N)的高级厌氧消化沼液为研究对象,采用SBR反应器进行了中试规模的快速实现部分亚硝化及其调控因素研究。结果表明:综合优化温度、pH、DO、FA、HCO_(3)^(-)/NH_(4)^(+)是快速实现部分亚硝化的关键。适宜的温度与pH可弥补低DO对亚硝化速率的负面影响,低DO并未对亚硝化速率产生十分显著的限制作用。在温度为30-32℃、pH值为7.5-8.3、DO为0.3-0.6 mg/L时,30 d内进水氨氮负荷(ALR)可提升至0.45 kg/(m^(3)·d),亚硝化率也基本稳定在90%以上,NO_(2)^(-)-N生成速率可达0.54 kg/(m^(3)·d),具有较高的氨氮负荷和亚硝化活性;调节碱度,使进水HCO_(3)^(-)/NH_(4)^(+)控制在1.00-1.13,可实现出水NO_(2)^(-)/NH_(4)^(+)在1.0-1.3,满足后续厌氧氨氧化工艺段的要求。
Taking advanced anaerobic digestion biogas slurry with high ammonia nitrogen and low C/N ratio as influent,control parameters and strategy for partial nitrification were investigated in sequencing batch reactor(SBR).Results showed that the key to shorten the star-up time of partial nitrification was integrated optimization of various influencing factors,such as temperature,pH,dissolved oxygen(DO)and free ammonia(FA),HCO_(3)^(-)/NH_(4)^(+).Appropriate temperature and pH could compensate for negative effect of low DO on partial nitrification rate.At a temperature of 30-32℃,pH value of 7.5-8.3,DO of 0.3-0.6 mg/L,influent ammonia nitrogen loading rate(ALR)of 0.45 kg/(m^(3)·d)and nitrite nitrogen accumulation rate of 0.54 kg/(m^(3)·d)were attained within 30 days,with partial nitrification efficiency stabilized at above 90% basically,which showed a high ammonia nitrogen loading capacity and a high partial nitrification rate.HCO_(3)^(-)/NH_(4)^(+)of influent at 1.00-1.13,effluent NO_(2)^(-)/NH_(4)^(+)at 1.0-1.3 could be realized,which can meet the requirements of subsequent anaerobic ammonia oxidation process section.
