摘要
文章介绍了颗粒污泥结合厌氧反应器处理蛋白加工废水的工程实例,考察了反应器的启动条件及稳定运行时的最佳处理条件。通过反应器运行期间COD_(Cr)、氨氮、SS的变化情况评价反应器的处理效能。结果表明,该反应器在水力停留时间(HRT)为5 d、容积负荷为1.5-3.0 kg COD_(Cr)/(m^(3)·d)时,在20 d内即使pH值很低(2-4),也可成功启动。在稳定运行期间最佳运行条件为:容积负荷保持在10.0 kg COD_(Cr)/(m^(3)·d),HRT为3 d。反应器对COD_(Cr)的去除率稳定在80%以上,对SS的去除率稳定在35%左右,运行过程中会将有机氮转化为氨氮导致出水氨氮浓度增加。综合来看,该厌氧反应器结合厌氧污泥颗粒能够对此类低pH、高浓度的蛋白加工废水进行很好的预处理,启动简单,效能稳定,具有良好的应用前景。
An engineering example of granular sludge combined with anaerobic reactor for protein processing wastewater treatment was introduced,and the start-up conditions of the reactor and the optimal treatment conditions for stable operation were investigated.The treatment efficiency of the reactor was evaluated by the changes of COD_(Cr),ammonia nitrogen and SS during operation period.Results showed that the reactor could be successfully started even under low pH value(2-4)conditions within 20 d when the hydraulic retention time(HRT)was 5 d and the volumetric load was 1.5-3.0 kg COD_(Cr)/(m^(3)·d).During stable operation,the best operating conditions were that the volumetric load was maintained at 10.0 kg COD_(Cr)/(m^(3)·d),the HRT was 3 d,while the removal efficiency of COD_(Cr)was maintained at more than 80%,and the removal efficiency of SS was stable at about 35%.The conversion of organic nitrogen into ammonia nitrogen led to an increase in the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the effluent.In summary,the anaerobic reactor combined with anaerobic sludge particles can well pretreat the protein processing wastewater with low pH and high concentration.It is simple to start-up and stable in efficiency,and has a good application prospect.
