摘要
钢铁冷轧工艺在工业生产应用广泛,冷轧废水是一种代表性的工业废水,以冷轧改扩建工程产生废水的改造处理为案例,根据废水性质,采用分质预处理+生物处理工艺及成套设备进行处理。改造原酸碱废水混合处理流程,将乳化液、含油碱废水分别预处理后混合收集,通过气浮、生化、紫外线催化氧化作用有效降解油、COD_(Cr)等污染物,再与含酸废水合并处理。运行结果表明,该改造工艺保证了废水处理效果,可为同类废水处理提供参考。
Cold rolling process of iron and steel is widely used in industrial production,cold rolling wastewater is a representative industrial wastewater.Taking the wastewater treatment transformation of cold rolling reform and expansion project as an example,according to the characteristics of wastewater,separated pretreatment treatment+biochemical treatment+complete sets of equipment are adopted.The original mixed treatment process of acid and alkali wastewater had been reformed.The emulsion and oleo-alkali wastewater are pretreated respectively and then mixed,pollutants such as oil and COD_(Cr) are effectively degraded by air flotation,biochemistry and ultraviolet photocatalytic oxidation,and then merge treatment with acid-containing wastewater.Result shows that the reconstruction process ensures the effect of wastewater treatment,which can provide reference for similar wastewater treatment.
