摘要
大堤安全监测是水库安全运行的重要组成部分之一,水利部高度重视大堤安全监测工作,强调做好水库大堤安全监测设施的建设、运行以及维护工作。青草沙水库作为上海城市供水重要水源地,具有特殊的地理位置及结构特性,渗流而产生的渗漏是这类结构最大的安全隐患。水库建设时期在大堤内部埋设了一套监测设备,接入青草沙水库大堤安全在线监测评估系统,能将监测数据及时、完整上传并进行处理、分析和评估,对监测系统的运维工作尤为重要。文中探究的目的在于优化现有大堤监测系统,通过打通LoRa无线传输双向链路以及改进现有监测系统新增运维界面,提升监测系统的稳定性与故障修复时效性,让青草沙水库大堤安全管理逐步迈向新高度。研究为国内其他水库安全监测树立标杆,打出青草沙水库大堤安全管理的品牌效应。
Dam safety monitoring is one of the important parts of the safe operation of reservoirs.The Ministry of Water Resources attaches great importance to dam safety monitoring and emphasizes the construction,operation and maintenance of dam safety monitoring facilities.Qingcaosha Reservoir as an important water source of Shanghai’s urban water supply,the seepage caused by seepage is the biggest potential safety hazard of this kind of structure due to its special geographical location and structural characteristics.During the construction period of the reservoir,a set of monitoring equipment was buried inside the levee and connected to Qingcaosha Reservoir levee safety online monitoring and evaluation system.Monitoring data can be uploaded in a timely and complete manner and processed,analyzed and evaluated,so it is particularly important for the operation and maintenance of monitoring system.The purpose of this study is to optimize existing dike monitoring system.By connecting Lo Ra wireless transmission two-way link and improving the operation and maintenance interface of existing monitoring system,the stability of monitoring system and the timeliness of fault repair are improved,so that the safety management of Qingcaosha Reservoir dike gradually steps to a new height.It sets a benchmark for the safety monitoring of other reservoirs in China,and plays the brand effect of the safety management of Qingcaosha Reservoir levee.
