摘要
良好的水力条件可使水泵达到较好的运行状态,及较高的运行效率。数值模拟分析由于不受物理条件限制、灵活快速经济、模拟精度较高等特点,越来越多地用于市政泵站,尤其是采用轴流式和混流式水泵泵站的水力特性分析之中。某大型市政原水泵站在设计过程中,采用CFD技术进行几何建模和网格划分,运用RNG k-ε湍流模型封闭控制方程,通过对泵站建筑物的总体布置及进、配水系统进行数值模拟,从而进行多方案比选和验证。三维流场水力数值模拟的应用高效、精准地为取水头部及泵房布置提出优化水力流态、降低工程投资的建议。同时,为运行提出优化开机组合等泵站运行方案,产生了显著效果,可为同类项目的设计和实施提供借鉴。
The good hydraulic conditions of pumping station can enable the pump to achieve a better operating state and a higher operating efficiency. For being not limited by physical conditions, flexible, fast and economical, and having high simulation accuracy,numerical simulation analysis is increasingly used in analyzing hydraulic characteristics of municipal pumping stations, especially axial flow and mixed flow pumping stations. In the design process of a large municipal raw water pump station, multi-scheme comparison and verification are carried out by the geometric modeling and meshing by CFD technology, the closed control equation of RNG k-ε turbulence model and the numerical simulation of the overall layout of the pumping station building and the inlet and distribution system. The application of three-dimensional flow field hydraulic numerical simulation puts forward suggestions to optimize hydraulic flow pattern and reduce engineering investment for the arrangement of water intake head and pump station efficiently and accurately. Meanwhile, the operation scheme of pumping stations such as optimizing start-up combination is proposed for operation, which has produced remarkable results and can provide reference for the design and implementation of similar projects.
