MBR工艺在某污水厂提标扩容中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 某污水处理厂提标扩容工程采用“原厂减量+扩建MBR”工艺,工程扩建规模为4万m^(3)/d,扩建后总规模达到20万m^(3)/d,出水水质由一级A标准提升至《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)“准Ⅳ类标准”(COD_(Cr)、氨氮、TP执行地表水Ⅳ类水质标准),出水一部分进入自然水体,另一部分作为再生水回用。该改造工艺在水厂不停产的情况下施工,极大地提高了建设效率。工程实践表明,该工艺具有节约占地、处理效率高、出水水质稳定、节省成本等优点。 A sewage treatment plant adopts the“original plant reduction+expansion MBR”for upgrading and expansion.Expansion scale of the project is 40,000 m^(3)/d.After the expansion,total scale reaches 200,000 m^(3)/d,and effluent quality is improves from level A to Quasi-Ⅳwater quality standards of Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002).COD_(Cr),ammonia nitrogen,TP implement surface water ClassⅣwater quality standards.A part of effluent is discharged into water body,and the part of reclaimed water is reused.Transformation process is constructed without stopping the production of water plant,which greatly improved construction efficiency.Engineering practice shows that process has the advantages of saving land,high treatment efficiency,stable effluent quality and cost saving.
