苏州高新区全地下式污水处理厂工程设计特点解析

摘要 文章旨在通过对苏州高新区全地下式污水处理厂的全面介绍,着重解析地下式污水处理厂设计中的关键难点和要点。苏州高新区污水处理厂为老厂异地迁址重建的一座非常有特色的全地下式污水处理厂,土建规模为10万m^(3)/d,近期设备规模为8万m^(3)/d,出水达到苏州特别排放限值标准。项目占地较小,仅为3.1×10^(4)m^(2),且位于主城区核心地段,周边商业设施林立。箱体上部没有采用常规的绿化覆盖,而是对其进行立体开发,设置商业停车库及坡顶草坪,将商业模式和公益模式有机结合。设计中采用了多模式AAO、水源热泵、全流程复合除臭等新技术、新手段,将项目碳排放降至最低,为双碳时代下地下式污水处理厂的设计提供参考。 This paper aims to analyze the key difficulties and key points in the design of all underground wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)through a comprehensive introduction to the all underground WWTP in Suzhou High-Tech Zone.It is a very distinctive underground WWTP rebuilt by the relocation of the old plant.The civil construction scale is 100000 m^(3)/d and the equipment scale is 80000 m^(3)/d in the near future,and the effluent quality meets the special discharge limit standard of Suzhou.The project covers a small area of only 3.1×10^(4) m^(2),and it is located in the core area of main urban area,surrounded by commercial facilities.Instead of conventional greening coverage,the upper part of the box is developed in a three-dimensional way,with commercial parking garage and slope top lawn,which organically combines the business model and public welfare model.In the design,new technologies and means such as multi-mode AAO,water source heat pump and whole process compound deodorization are adopted to minimize the carbon emission of the project,which provides a reference for the design of underground sewage treatment plant in the double carbon era.
