摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,居民区距离污水处理设施越来越近,污水处理设施的恶臭气体污染问题受到社会各界的关注。现已有诸多除臭工艺被广泛应用于各类污水处理设施。以重庆市某水质净化站为例,介绍了几种常用的除臭工艺,并总结各种除臭工艺的适用范围。在该水质净化站工程设计中,针对与景观公园共建的需求,采用生物滤池+土壤滤池联合除臭工艺处理臭气,同时设置干式化学滤料吸附箱作为应急除臭设施,除臭处理规模为27000 m^(3)/h。水质净化站排放的恶臭气体执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)厂界二级排放标准。除臭工程运行成本约为733元/(t水)。
With the rapidly development of urbanization,residential areas are getting closer to sewage treatment facilities,and the problem of malodorous gas pollution from sewage treatment facilities has attracted increasing attention from all sectors of society.A lot of deodorization processes are widely used in various sewage treatment facilities.Taking a water purification station in Chongqing City as an example,several commonly used deodorizing processes are introduced,and the applicable scope of various deodorizing processes are summarized.In response to the demand for co-construction with landscape parks,a combined biological filter and soil filter deodorization process with treatment capacity of 27000 m^(3)/h is applied to remove odor from the water purification station.Besides,a dry chemical filter adsorption tank was set up as an emergency deodorization facility.And all the indices of the outlet odor meet the second-class criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Treatment Wastewater Plant(GB 18918—2002).The operating cost of the deodorization project is 733 yuan/(t water).
