摘要
对基于全维观测器的无刷直流电机无传感器控制算法进行了研究,针对现有的传统全维观测器存在响应慢的问题,提出了一种改进型全维观测器,在传统全维观测器基础上,通过引入反馈增益,以提高动态响应能力和系统稳定性。为了验证提出方案的正确性,搭建相应的测试平台进行了传统和新型观测器的性能对比测试。由实验结果可知,所提出的改进型全维观测器无传感器控制算法能使系统响应更快,是实现无刷直流电机无传感器高速高响应控制的一种有效方法。
The sensorless control algorithm of Brushless DC motor based on full order observer is studied,and aiming at the problem of slow response of the existing traditional full order observer,an improved full order observer is proposed,which is based on the conventional full order observer,introducing observation feedback gain to improve the dynamic response and system stability.In order to verify the correctness of the proposed scheme,a corresponding test platform is built to compare the performance of the traditional and new observer.From the experimental results,it is known that the proposed improved full order observer sensorless control algorithm can make the system response faster,which is an effective method to achieve high speed and high response control of brushless DC motor without sensor.
