公共文化服务体系下城市书房的实践探索与思考——以常州市武进区“阳湖书房”为例

Practical Exploration and Consideration on City's Study under Public Cultural Service System--Taking the“Yanghu Study”in the Wujin District of Changzhou CIty as an Example

文章以常州市武进区城市书房——“阳湖书房”为例,从建设、管理、服务三方面介绍了“阳湖书房”的实践经验,并分析了存在的问题,进而提出通过科学健全规范制度、盘活多方社会资源、持续强化日常监管、围绕读者提升管理、寻求多元融合发展五个方面的建议,以期为城市书房的高质量发展提供可借鉴的经验。

Taking the city's study in Wujin District—“Yanghu Study”as an example,this article introduces the practical experience of“Yanghu Study”from three aspects:the construction,the management and the services,and analyzes the existing problems.And then,this article puts forward five suggestions to provide reference for the high-quality development of city's study:improving norms and systems scientifically,revitalizing various social resources,strengthening continuous daily supervision,improving management around readers,seeking diversified and integrated development.
