摘要 为解决传统高压电流表无高压过流分断保护、功能单一、抗干扰能力差等问题,设计一种基于ZigBee技术的无线高压电流表。对ZigBee技术进行介绍,将无线高压电流表的网络拓扑结构进行分析并将ZigBee技术应用其中。对无线高压电流表的硬件结构进行设计,采用STC15F2K60S2单片机作为控制单元,24位模数转换器CS5532AS作为模数转换模块。从精密全波整流电路、高压脱扣驱动电路、无线射频电路等方面对智能高压电流表的硬件结构进行分析,给出系统软件的主程序流程图,选取典型被试品进行功能验证试验,试验结果满足预期要求。本设计系统可广泛应用于带电作业用绝缘手套、绝缘靴等被试品的工频耐压试验中。 In order to solve the problems of traditional high current meter,such as no high voltage over⁃current breaking protection,single function and poor anti⁃interference ability,a wireless high current meter based on ZigBee technology was designed.ZigBee technology was introduced,the network topology of wireless high flow meter was analyzed,and the ZigBee technology was applied to the network topology.The hardware structure of wireless high current meter was designed.STC15F2K60S2 was used as the control unit,and 24 bit analog⁃to⁃digital converter CS5532AS was used as the analog⁃to⁃digital conversion module.The hardware structure of the intelligent high current meter,such as precision full wave rectifier circuit,high voltage trip driving circuit and radio frequency circuit,was analyzed.The main program flow chart of the system software was given.The typical samples were selected for functional verification test,and the test results meet the expected requirements.The design system can be widely used in the power frequency voltage withstand test of insulating gloves and boots for live working.
