基于实时数据的火电机组控制性能评估系统

摘要 在大型火电机组中控制回路是机组运行的重要环节,控制回路的调节品质能够反映出机组的运行状态,而在机组长期的运行过程中不可避免地会出现控制器控制性能的下降,通过对火电机组控制系统调节质量的实时监控,能够降低因控制性能下降而导致机组存在的运行风险。通过远程智能监控平台对火电机组在运行过程中机侧以及炉侧的主要自动数据进行读取并对控制性能进行评价,将评价结果返送至分散控制系统(Decentralized Control System,DCS)供运行人员参考。现场数据证明了所设计算法的有效性以及可行性。 In large⁃scale thermal power units,the control loop is an important part of unit operation.The regulation quality of the control loop can reflect the operation state of a unit.In the long⁃term operation process of the unit,it will inevitably lead to the decline of control performance.Through the real⁃time monitoring of the regulation quality of the control loop,the operation risk of the unit caused by the decline of control performance can be reduced.Through the remote intelligent monitoring platform,the main automatic data on the turbine side and boiler side of the thermal power unit during operation were read,the control performance was evaluated,and the evaluation results were returned to DCS for reference.The effectiveness and feasibility of the designed algorithm were proved by field data.
