卵巢癌患者主要照护者综合需求现状及影响因素分析

摘要 目的分析卵巢癌患者主要照护者(简称照护者)综合需求现状及其相关影响因素。方法2020年1月至2021年2月该院卵巢癌照护者100人。采用一般资料调查表、中文版癌症患者照护者综合需求量表(CNAT-C)调查卵巢癌主要照护者综合需求现状,并分析影响照护者综合需求的相关因素。结果照护者CNAT-C总得分为(147.4±26.8)分,其中医护相关行为需求得分最高,宗教精神支持需求最低。文化程度初中及以下、医疗支付方式为自费、无照护经历及累计照护时间>12个月为影响照护者综合需求的独立危险因素。结论照护者综合需求水平较高,且影响因素较多,应根据照护者不同维度需求特点,制定针对性干预措施,以提高照护质量。
