摘要
作为重要的社会性群体,成人女性学习对于她们自身的发展和学习型社会的构建,都具有十分重要的价值。智能时代的到来,驱动着成人女性学习需要顺应数字化、网络化技术等的发展,在全景渗透、万物互联、智创未来的基础上,进行价值重塑:注重栖身世界与交织生活的参与学习、强调超越差异与多元合作的包容学习、追寻赋权增能与共同利益的解放学习。但成人女性学习还面临着三大现实困境:劳动力市场与职业技能的围隔、生理性别与竞争性评估的牵制、性别霸权与主体性遮蔽的拘囿。因此,为切实有效地实现成人女性学习的时代转向,迫切需要从学习目的、学习内容、学习方式及学习时空四方面开展行动:争做理想新人,缩小数字性别鸿沟;深化知识共享,培育社会情感能力;构筑异质共同体,实现无边界协作;丰富终身给养,搭建学习元宇宙。
As an important social group,adult female learning is of great value to their own development and the construction of a learning society.The arrival of the age of intelligence has driven adult female learning to adapt to the development of digital and networked technologies,and to reconstruct the value on the basis of panoramic penetration,interconnection of all things,and intellectual creation of the future:participatory learning that focuses on living in the world and intertwined life,inclusive learning that emphasizes transcending differences and diverse cooperation,and emancipatory learning that pursues empowerment and common interests.However,there are still three major predicaments in adult female learning:the siege of labor market and vocational skills,the restraint of physiological gender and competitive evaluation,and the restraint of gender hegemony and subjectivity masking.In order to effectively realize the current transition of adult female learning,it is urgent to take actions in four aspects from learning purpose,learning content,learning method,learning time and space:strive to be an ideal newcomer and bridge the digital gender gap;deepen knowledge sharing and cultivate social emotional ability;build a heterogeneous community and enable borderless collaboration;enrich lifelong supplies and build a learning metaverse.
